MELINDA HIGHTON

Melinda Highton is a freelance producer and sound recordist based in Berlin, Germany. Despite a life-long interest in film and music, Melinda’s career in film only began in 2021, while having assisted on several small music video shoots for local musicians. Recognizing her natural inclination towards organization and problem-solving, she quickly adopted production as her primary focus, specializing in music videos, before expanding to advertisements, short films, and documentaries.

Melinda is also a self-taught sound recordist, having gotten her start on a small indie film due to her dedication and interest in sound works. Her diligence and dedication has built her a strong platform on which she continues to develop her skills.
